You may be aware of all the pejoratives used in reference to donkeys. For instance, "He was an a_ _!"
Or, "She was dumber than a m_ _ e!" Well, I am not convinced the pejoratives are well-placed. From my readings, I figure the burro has something to be proud of and isn't quite as dull as reported.
